Joshua Horton is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Find Your Smile Outreach, Inc. 

Joshua is a graduate of Elizabethtown Community and Technical College, Western Kentucky University, Western Governors University, and Eastern Kentucky University. 

He is a Kentucky Colonel and serves on numerous boards and committees.
